Why 1:1 sessions?
Go gently. Your body remembers how.
These 1:1 sessions are for women who want individual, un-rushed support.
A place where you don’t have to explain yourself.
Where nothing needs to be fixed.
And where we can listen carefully to what your body needs, together.
Who these sessions are for
1:1 sessions may be right for you if:
- you want personal support rather than a group setting
- your body feels complex or hard to read on your own
- you’re moving through a stressful or transitional time
- you want to feel safer and more at ease in your body
You don’t need to know what’s “wrong.”
You don’t need a goal.
We start where you are.
What happens in a session
Sessions are slow, responsive, and led by what your body shows on the day.
Depending on what’s needed, we may work with:
- gentle movement
- breath and attention
- simple somatic cues
- rest and settling
There’s no expectation to push,
perform, or get it right.
You’re always free to pause or stop.
How this work supports you
1:1 work offers space for:
- easing long‑held tension
- rebuilding trust with your body
- understanding your own signals more clearly
- finding steadiness during change
Many women describe feeling calmer, more grounded, and more able to cope, but not because anything was fixed,
but because they felt supported.
Sessions are held online
