Support for women who feel tired of holding everything together

Gentle Pilates & nervous system–led movement for women who’ve spent years doing, coping, and carrying more than their share

I work with women who have spent years holding things together.

Women who cope quietly.

Women who do what needs to be done.

Women whose bodies have learned to stay alert, responsible, and contained.

My work offers something different.

I don’t teach movement as something to get right, improve, or perform. I work gently, slowly, and responsively, so the body can begin to soften and reorganise itself in its own time.

This way of working didn’t come from theory alone.

When I first trained as a Pilates teacher, I believed strength, control, and stability were the answer.

Over time—and through my own body—I learned that more effort wasn’t what I needed.

Slowing down helped me heal.

It changed how I understood my body.

It improved how I move and walk.

And it helped me find my voice and speak up for myself.

That experience reshaped my work.

Today, I blend gentle movement with somatic principles to support the nervous system first.

When the body feels safer, movement becomes easier.

Strength and stability emerge naturally, without force or constant holding.

I work online with women who want less pressure,

not more.

Some come to me because they feel tired in ways rest doesn’t fix.

Some because stronger approaches no longer feel right.

Some because they want to reconnect with their bodies without being pushed.

There’s no one right way to begin.

You might start with a short audio.

A gentle course.

A 1:1 session.

Or simply by reading and noticing what resonates.

You’re welcome to go at your own pace.

You don’t have to do this harder

You’re allowed to go gently
